1. What is your return policy?
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise MUST first be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You MUST email the refund request to support@theeagercamper.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item MUST be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $50.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions at support@theeagercamper.com DO NOT return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) written clearly on the package.
2. Do you have any offline stores?
No, we are only a website based store for convenient online shopping. Please find your online shopping experience quick and easy.
3. How long does it take to ship?
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time. Shipping time from store generally takes 3-5 days. Custom made products and some other products could take up to several weeks for delivery time.
Products marked with the "Quick Ship" designation will typically ship within 1-2 business days.
4. What is our shipping method? 
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
5. What is your Warranty on products?
Each product comes with the manufacturers warranty.

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
7. Do you frequently offer new products?
Yes, we are constantly looking for new products and try to offer exciting new products when they become available. Check back frequently to see our new products.
8. Are children allowed to use this site?
Special note about children. This Site is not intended for children, especially kids under 16. Children may use this Site only with the direct supervision of their parent(s).
9. Is it important to collect information from customers? 
Yes, it is important to collect a mailing address to verify correct routing. It is important to collect billing information to make sure credit card information matches billing information in order to prevent delays in processing and delivery time. To provide you with better service, it is important to collect a telephone number in order to contact you if we have any questions about your order.
If we collect personal contact information (as described below), you may later access and modify it, and remove it from our system. You may choose simply not to provide personal contact information by opting-out at the point of collection.
When you use our Site, we may request your name, street address, telephone number or other "real world" contact information. You may choose simply not to provide actively gathered information by opting-out at the point of collection.
We may collect information actively generated by the purchase of a product or service, such as a payment method. The CID will only be used to deter fraud and will not be used or stored in any way.
